We begin the story of Arizona’s first PANDEM Widebody E36 M3 with our good customer and personal friend, Mario. Recently had us complete his Supercharged BMW E90 M3 Art Car Race Car. This project satisfied Mario’s lust for speed, however, it’s more at home on the track than at a stance themed car show. To break necks at all the shows today you have to stand out, enter PANDEM and their incredible Widebody Kits. Sticking with the BMW theme, Mario purchased a BMW E36 M3 Convertible and brought it to us for the full PANDEM widebody conversion, AirLift 3P Air Suspension with fully custom rear seat delete air management setup, insane wide Fifteen52 Wheels wrapped in Toyo Tires, and a full color changing wrap from EA Wraps.
This was one of the most intense builds we have completed and everyone here at the shop lended a hand during the installation of all the components. We fully documented every portion of the installation to showcase our custom fabrication skills and quality of our work. Below is a list of all the modifications performed to the E36 M3.

When we first received the E36 we mocked up the PANDEM widebody kit to calculate fitment.

One of the first things we had to do was calculate the exact fitment of the wheels in relation to the fender, quarter panel, widebody kit for tire fitment. Our goal was to be able to drive in a straight line while fully aired out.

Next comes mounting the insane wide Fifteen 52 tires.

First full test fit, quite a bit of slicing and dicing will need to be completed.

While Tony is working on the body, Ray is working on making the rear seat delete and trunk setup.
For precision fitment we broke out all the tools and skills.
The Air Lift Performance 3P Air Suspension is fully installed!

With the Air Lift Performance 3P Air Ride fully installed in the M3 we could mount the trunk setup and build the hard lines.
Hard lines are quite tricky but we got them perfect! Every bend is mirrored to exact spec.

BAM! The Pandem E36 M3 is on the road! Test drive was a great success and we can now send the car over to get aligned and wrapped.
