E60 M5 : ESS Tuning 660HP Supercharger Kit

Another ESS Tuning Supercharger installation by Parts Score, this time for an E60 M5. Turning everything up to 11 this supercharger kit allows the S85 V10 to now produce 660HP, a 160HP increase over stock. This second generation kit features a Vortech V3SI supercharger, full aluminium manifold with liquid to air charge cooling system, larger Bosch fuel injectors, CNC machined brackets, 4″ intake system, and much more! Software provided from ESS Tuning specifically for the supercharged S85 means 100% OEM like power delivery thru the entire RPM range.  The S85 V10 screams to its 8500 RPM redline even faster with the addition of the supercharger and the exhaust note combined with the whine of the blower ads to extreme level of driving enjoyment that this car brings.

This kit is available for all E60 M5 and E63/64 M6 models with either the SMG or 6 speed manual transmission. For those with SMG it is highly recommended to pair the supercharger with the ESS Tuning SMG software. Tested in both Arizona heat and the Norwegian cold this kit was designed to work with 91 octane fuel, however ESS Tuning does make a kit available to those who have 93 octane fuel readily available. In addition to the Supercharger we also installed a full MagnaFlow Exhaust, IND Color Matched Side Markers, RW Carbon Front Splitter, and H&R Springs to the E60 M5. Shown here are two of the old rod bearings, some life left but with the additional stress of the supercharger these would not have lasted long at all.
