One of the best things about the BMW F8X platform is the endless ways an owner can customize their BMW M3 or BMW M4, literally millions of different combinations of modifications. However in many cases throwing ‘everything but the kitchen sink’ at a project will not deliver optimum results. Ensuring that all of the modifications will work together and form a harmonious package is key. This particular Parts Score build is the perfect example of just that.
Starting with the incredible BMW F82 M4 we worked with our client to put together a build featuring the ‘cream of the crop’ combination of components. OEM+ visual modifications courtesy of BMW M Performance & RKP combined with the best performance modifications from Eisenmann, Eventuri, CSF, Evolution Racewerks, KW Suspension, Pro Tuning Freaks BM3 Tune, and so much more.
Focusing on the powertrain first we installed a set of Eventuri Intakes, Evolution Racewerks Chargepipes & J-Pipe, Evolution Racewerks exhaust components, CSF Front Heat Exchanger, CSF Top Mount Intercooler, and finally finishing it off an Eisenmann Exhaust. Tuning is taken care of with the ProTuningFreaks BM3 software suite. The combination of these high end components lets us push the S55 in a safe and reliable manner to get some truly wild power numbers on the stock turbos.
In addition if you plan to have us install a set of ASR Kratos Turbos or Pure S2 HF Turbos then the powertrain modifications that are listed here would be a great starting point. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link, and when shooting for a comma in your dyno pull or youre aiming for 180+ in the half mile having the best parts available is key to safety and success.
Suspension is taken care of by a set of KW Clubsport Coilovers. This race derived coilover system allows for the ultimate level of adjustment for those who want to push the limits on the track. Offering low speed compression, high speed compression, rebound adjustment the Clubsports give the driver the most adjustment possible to shave seconds off their lap times and improve handling performance. In addition, aluminium spherical bearing adjustable top mounts allow for those few extra adjustments. Overall the KW Clubsport coilovers are the best on the market for those who want to tweak their setup based on vehicle load, tire characteristics and different track conditions.
Finally rounding out the modifications are a number of visual upgrades, both interior and exterior. A mix of BMW M Performance components, OEM+ Euro components, and upgrades from RKP. The full list is below.
